ICC Men's Cricket World Cup India 2023
India is all set to host the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, and the full schedule has been announced. The qualifiers are currently underway, and the most shocking moment is that two-time ICC World Cup champions, West Indies, have failed to qualify for the World Cup in both the T20 and ODI formats.
Oman and Zimbabwe have been eliminated from the qualifiers round, and Sri Lanka has secured their spot in the World Cup. Now, only one spot remains to be filled, and five teams are vying for that position. The United Arab Emirates, the United States of America, Scotland, the Netherlands, and Ireland are all competing for the remaining spot.
The World Cup will commence on October 5th and will be played for over a one-month period, concluding on November 19th.
Asia Cup 2023
The hosting nations of the Asia Cup, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka have yet to announce the schedule for the tournament. However, the commencement and final dates have been confirmed as August 31st and September 17th.
West Indies Series 2023
The Indian cricket team is all set to play against West Indies. This time, the selectors have chosen several young and new faces for the West Indies T20 series. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tilak Verma will make their debut in this series. The ODI and Test squads are yet to be announced. The series will consist of two Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is.
